I run a training and advisory consultancy, specialising in diversity, equity and inclusion (including unconscious bias), and information and consultation for employee representatives. 

While the training I provide is always engaging and interactive, it is also thoroughly underpinned by research and theory. 

I am an anthropologist, which gives me a different spin on how I understand the corporate world. Did you know that lots of corporations use anthropologists?  PepsiCoIntel and Adidas are just a few of the big name businesses that like to have an anthropologist on board.

I have run programmes and training for a wide range of organisations, including Aegis, Aegon, Affinity Trust, Bristol Myers Squib, the CIPD, Dimensions, HarperCollins, the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, Prostate Cancer UK, the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, and United Welsh Housing Association.
